The two fish we stake our name on, together in one set. Hawaiian Ultra Ahi is our top grade, the one chefs ask for by name, translucent and brilliant red with a low water content, a high creamy oil, and a melt-away richness.
King Salmon comes from a distinct strain bred for exceptional richness and oil, silky and full-flavored. Together they cover the two things people love most in a sashimi spread, lean and clean alongside rich and buttery, and both arrive ready to slice. Serves 6 to 8.
Best for: sashimi, nigiri, and poke. Wild-caught Hawaiian ahi and ocean-raised king salmon.
Size: 4 lbs total, two pounds each of Ultra Ahi and King Salmon. Serves 6 to 8.
We cut to order and ship Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Order by 6PM ET on a ship day and your box goes out that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on other days, ship on the next shipping day.
Mainland orders arrive 2 days after they ship, packed cold with gel ice, so Thursday shipments arrive Saturday. Island orders arrive the next day. You will get tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.
