Shipping policy

We pack and ship sashimi-grade Hawaii seafood cold, with gel ice and insulated packaging, so it arrives ready for the table.

Orders are cut to order and ship on scheduled days to protect freshness. You will receive tracking as soon as your box is on its way. Mainland orders typically arrive within the windows listed on our Shipping and Handling page, and Hawaiian Islands orders arrive sooner.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Someone should be available to receive and refrigerate your order promptly on the delivery date. If a delivery problem comes up, contact us right away at hello@theahiclub.com and we will help.
