Refund policy
Because we ship fresh, perishable seafood cut to order, we cannot accept returns. We stand behind every box instead.
If your order arrives in less than the condition we promise, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@theahiclub.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement on your next order or a refund, at your choosing.
We are not able to cover issues caused by delivery delays outside our control, an incorrect shipping address, or a package left unattended after a successful delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, reach us before it ships and we will do everything we can.
Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
