Three of our finest sashimi cuts in one set, a full pound of each, built for the table that wants variety without compromise. Hawaiian Ultra Ahi is our top grade, the one chefs ask for by name, brilliant red with a low water content, a high creamy oil, and a melt-away richness.
Kona Kanpachi is silky and clean with a little more fat than hamachi, and King Salmon, from a strain bred for exceptional oil, brings deep, buttery flavor. It is the easiest way to set out a stunning sashimi spread or let everyone build their own poke, three distinct fish that make you look like you planned it all along. Serves 4 to 6.
Best for: sashimi, nigiri, and crudo. Wild-caught Hawaiian ahi, ocean-raised kanpachi and king salmon.

We cut to order and ship Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Order by 6PM ET on a ship day and your box goes out that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on other days, ship on the next shipping day.
Mainland orders arrive 2 days after they ship, packed cold with gel ice, so Thursday shipments arrive Saturday. Island orders arrive the next day. You will get tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.
