I live part of the year in the gulf of Naples and am used to having fish served to me that was alive and swimming a few hours earlier that very same day. The fish from Ahi Club is as good if not better than what I am used to in Naples. Incredible, top quality cuts, incredible flavor and texture. Packaging has always held up and items always come delivered as if they were fresh from the sea that very day. Great job and worth EVERY dollar.

Monchong is so delicious and fresh and we never see it in the stores. We are unable to travel to Hawaii these days so it is wonderful that we are able to have a taste of Hawaii delivered to our door.

Monchong is one of Hawaii's true hidden gems, a deep-ocean fish that chefs seek out and home cooks rarely find. The white meat carries a high natural oil that gives it a deep, buttery flavor and keeps it tender and flaky no matter how it is cooked.
That richness makes it remarkably forgiving, it holds its moisture on the grill, under the broiler, or in a hot pan, so it is hard to overcook and easy to love. If you want a fish that tastes special yet asks almost nothing of you, monchong delivers every time.
Best for: grilling, sauteing, and baking. Wild-caught in Hawaiian waters.
A note on weight: Every cut is portioned by hand, so the exact weight varies slightly from the size you choose. You may receive a little over or a little under, and your order is billed at the listed price for that size. That is the nature of a fresh, hand-cut product.
Shipping & Delivery
We cut to order and ship Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Order by 6PM ET on a ship day and your box goes out that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on other days, ship on the next shipping day.
Mainland orders arrive 2 days after they ship, packed cold with gel ice, so Thursday shipments arrive Saturday. Island orders arrive the next day. You will get tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.
