Ours comes from a king salmon strain bred for exceptionally high oil and a deep, full flavor. We cut it skin off and pinboned, then into clean cubes that stay silky and vivid, the kind of salmon that turns a simple poke bowl into something special.
It takes beautifully to a shoyu and sesame poke, a spicy mayo bowl, or a bright citrus dressing. Pair it with our Hawaiian Ahi Poke Cut for a two-color bowl that looks as good as it tastes.
Best for: poke, rice bowls, and crudo. Ocean-raised.
Size: 1 lb of hand-cut cubes.
Shipping & Delivery
We cut to order and ship Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Order by 6PM ET on a ship day and your box goes out that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on other days, ship on the next shipping day.
Mainland orders arrive 2 days after they ship, packed cold with gel ice, so Thursday shipments arrive Saturday. Island orders arrive the next day. You will get tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.
