Sashimi-Grade Hawaiian Ahi - Poke Cut
Pairs well with
Poke is usually cut from lower grades. Ours starts with beyond sashimi-grade Hawaiian ahi, selected by eye at the Honolulu fish auction and cut by hand into clean, even cubes. The color is a deep, glossy red and the texture is firm and cool, with a clean richness that holds its own under shoyu, sesame, and sweet onion.
There is no knife work and nothing to trim. Season it the island way with shoyu, inamona, and green onion, dress it lightly for crudo, or build a rice bowl around it. It is poke the way it tastes in Honolulu, ready the moment you open the box.
Best for: poke, rice bowls, and crudo. Wild-caught Hawaiian ahi, beyond sashimi-grade.
Size: 1 lb of hand-cut cubes.
Shipping & Delivery
We cut to order and ship Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Order by 6PM ET on a ship day and your box goes out that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on other days, ship on the next shipping day.
Mainland orders arrive 2 days after they ship, packed cold with gel ice, so Thursday shipments arrive Saturday. Island orders arrive the next day. You will get tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.
