Our entry sashimi grade of Hawaiian bigeye ahi, and a workhorse for any tuna dish. Well balanced for oil and fat with a touch more moisture, so it grills and sears especially well, and still shines raw.
Best for: searing, grilling, and poke. Wild-caught bigeye, sashimi grade.

Shipping & Delivery
We cut to order and ship Tuesday and Wednesday. Order by 6PM ET on a ship day and your box goes out that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on other days, ship on the next shipping day.
Mainland orders arrive 2 days after they ship, packed cold with gel ice. You will get tracking by email the moment your box is on its way.
