Every morning our buyers stand on the floor of the only fresh tuna auction in the United States and take the best fish in the room. The club takes the best of that. This is not fish you settle for. It is the caliber the finest kitchens are built on, the top lots most buyers never reach.
Why join as a founder
Twenty-five seats, and they do not come back. What founding members get, later members never will.
Your price never rises
Membership pricing is reviewed every January. Founding members are exempt, permanently, for as long as they stay in the club.
First pick of the catch
Every ship day, member boxes are cut before anything else leaves the house. Whatever came off the floor best that morning goes to the club first.
A numbered seat
One through twenty-five. Everything we add to your tier later is yours at no extra cost, and the founding rate is never offered again.

Founders are welcomed in before public launch, and before the twenty-five seats are taken.

Five pounds across five fish. Three of them yours to choose, one flown in from Japan. The split varies with the day's cuts. The total never does.

- One guest box a year, sent to anyone you choose, with two weeks' notice
- One visit a year to the auction floor with our buyers, up to four guests, arranged two weeks ahead. Dates depend on the floor, not the calendar
Boxes ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays, about two days to your door. Choose a box every two weeks, every four, or every eight. Member pricing applies to individual cuts in the shop; multi-fish sets are not included. Seats are claimed in the order the list was joined.

Every box is cut the morning it ships and packed to hold under 40 degrees for 48 hours. If a box reaches you in any other condition, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will put it right on your next shipment.
Two
Your first box, on us if it misses
If your first box does not change what you think fish can taste like at home, tell us before your next one ships and that second box is on us. This applies once per membership, to your first box.

Before you ask
What am I committing to right now?
Nothing. This is a list, not a checkout. You are telling us you would like a seat when the club opens. When it does, we write to the list first with the date and a link to claim your seat, and you decide then.
Am I locked in once the club opens?
No. No minimum, no commitment, no cancellation fee. Skip a shipment, change how often it comes, pause, or cancel outright, all from your account without contacting anyone.
What happens to my founding rate if I stop?
Skip as often as you like, and pause for up to ninety days, with no effect on your rate or your benefits. Past ninety days the membership closes and the founding rate closes with it. Your discount on everything else in the shop runs only while the membership does.
How often will a box come?
Every two weeks, every four, or every eight. You choose when the club opens, and you can change it or skip a shipment whenever you like.
Can I move to a different box later?
Yes, whenever you like. Your founding rate applies to the box you join and to any box above it, so moving up costs you nothing beyond the difference in price. Moving down puts you on current pricing for that box.
What happens at the holidays?
The weeks before Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year are the ones that sell out. Selection and Reserve members hold a place in the final ship window before each. The Cut ships ahead of the public queue. Carriers close on the holidays themselves, so we ship to land ahead of them, and you will have your exact dates well in advance.
Can I choose exactly which fish I get?
The club is chosen, not built to order. That is the point of it. Our buyers stand on the floor every morning and take what is genuinely best that day, which is not something a menu can do in advance. If there is something you truly cannot eat, tell us when you join and we will note it.
Will it really arrive fresh?
It is cut the morning it ships and packed to hold under 40 degrees for 48 hours, the same standard we hold for restaurants that will not accept anything less. If it arrives in any other condition, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will put it right on your next shipment.
Does my price ever go up?
Not yours. Membership pricing is reviewed every January and will rise as the club grows. Founding members are exempt, permanently, for as long as they stay in.
Can I still order outside the club?
Yes, and you should. Members pay less on every cut in the shop, between 10 and 20 percent depending on the box, and the club box is only your standing order, not your ceiling.
Why only twenty-five?
The club itself will grow. Founding membership will not. Twenty-five people lock today's pricing for as long as they stay in, come in first when the doors open, and receive anything we add to their tier later at no extra cost. Once those twenty-five are taken, that rate closes permanently.
